Join Santa Barbara Wine Collective Father’s Day Weekend for their next installment of their Pop Up Brunch Series with Chef Robert Perez of The Black Sheep Restaurant. Four course brunch paired with four wines from local producers Babcock, Fess Parker, Sandhi, The Pairing and a welcome spritzer from Ca’ Del Grevino. Chef Robert Perez has prepared a wonderful menu consisting of traditional favorites made with local ingredients, paired with a lineup of bright summer wines from the Collective’s General Manager Alejandro Medina.

Greeting – Ca’ Del Grevino Estate Reisling Spritzer with Lavender Bitters and Meyer Lemon
The Paring – 2014 Rose of Pinot Noir
Amuse: Strawberry Blini with Ricotta
Sandhi – 2012 “Sanford & Benedict” Chardonnay
1st course – Eggs Benedict with Orange Basil Hollandaise, Canadian Bacon, English muffin
Fess Parker – 2013 “Rodney’s Vineyard” Viognier
Main – Almond and Golden Raisin Brioche French Toast, topped with Caramelized Apples and Amaretto Butter
Babcock – Late Harvest Pinot Gris
Dessert – Lemon Bar with Raspberries, Raspberry Jam and whipped cream.
*Reception starts at 11am, 1st course begins promptly at 11:30am.
